About The Position

UPMC North Central PA is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Family Medicine CRNP or Physician Assistant to join our progressive primary care team. This opportunity supports our Northern Potter and Westfield Health Centers with long-standing well-respected reputations in their respective communities. UPMC Cole is a modern, progressive system centered around a 25-bed critical access hospital located on a large, well-maintained campus with a service area covering 55,000 people living in six counties in North Central Pennsylvania and Western New York. UPMC Cole owns and operates eleven primary care and eighteen specialty medical practices located in Coudersport and the counties that surround the hospital.

Requirements

• Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
• American Citizen or FMG.
• Great communication skills and empathy.
• Board-Certified.
• Must be qualified for a license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• New graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care in a primary care setting.
• Support the Northern Potter and Westfield Health Centers.
• Utilize the EMR system - Epic for patient documentation.
