Job Description: We're looking for an experienced Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our dedicated team at Lahey Health Primary Care in Arlington. Our well-established, busy practice is committed to providing compassionate care and building strong patient relationships within the community. You'll receive clinical training and support from our highly collegial staff, who are all dedicated to helping our communities stay healthy. Key Details: Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (32 clinical, 8 admin) Hours: No after-hours call or weekend coverage Team-Based Care: Join a team of 5 MDs, 2 NPs, plus support staff Patient Population: Adult On-site Services: Lab available Work-Life Balance: Our focus on quality and practice transformation has placed us in the top echelon for quality metrics in Massachusetts.
