APP (NP/PA) - Robotic Surgery
About The Position
Join our innovative team! Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, part of BILH, is looking for a skilled Robotic Surgery Advanced Practitioner (NP w/ RNFA or PA) to join a Nationally-recognized leading multi-specialty robotic surgery program. Your role: Robotic Procedures: Assist in robotic-assisted surgeries Patient Care: Conduct pre-op evaluations, educate patients, and monitor during procedures Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems Data: Collect and analyze surgical data to improve techniques Education: Train staff on robotic surgical procedures Quality: Adhere to safely protocols and participate in quality assurance
Requirements
- Valid PA, NP license
- 2-3+ years surgical experience, including robotic surgery
- Proficiency with robotic surgical systems
- Strong anatomical and surgical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous learning
Responsibilities
