APP (NP/PA) - Neurocritical Care

About The Position

Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is looking for a skilled and dedicated Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join ou accomplished and growing Neurocritical Care team. You'll be part of a dynamic team of 5 neurointensivists and 10Advanced Practitioners in our 9-bed Neurosciences Critical Care Unit (NCCU), which will to grow to 12 beds in the next year. This is a primary critical care role where you'll collaborate with attending neurointensivists to manage adult patients with severe neurological and neurosurgical conditions. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, compassionate Advanced Practitioner with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work semi-autonomously. While prior experience in neurocritical care or critical care is a plus, it's not required. Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is a 390-bed academic tertiary care hospital and a major affiliate of UMass Chan-Lahey Medical School. We are a designated Comprehensive Stroke Center and a Level I Trauma Center. The NCCU is a Beacon Gold recognized ICU within the Beth Israel Lahey Health system, recognized for high-quality care and are a physician-led, multi-disciplinary group.
