Requirements

  • New PA/NP graduates from accredited programs.
  • Physician Assistants:NCCPA board-certified (or exam registered).
  • Massachusetts PA license (or eligible).
  • Nurse Practitioners:AANP or ANCC certified.
  • Massachusetts NP license (or eligible).
  • Additional:MA DEA and DPH Controlled Substances Registration.
  • Prescriptive authority agreements.
  • Completed application, CV, and recommendation letter.
