Requirements

• Master's degree from an NP or PA program.
• Current Massachusetts NP or PA license and Certification.
• DEA and MCSR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in a Family Medicine setting for patients from infant to elderly.
• Participate in team-based care with an onsite Behavioral Health Specialist.
• Utilize onsite lab and other specialties for patient convenience.
• Maintain high-quality care metrics as part of a top-echelon health system.
