Corewell Health, Michigan's largest health system, is seeking a full-time APP Director for our dedicated Anesthesia Team. This position offers an exciting clinical and leadership opportunity for skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesia Assistants (CAA). The definition of full-time is 60% clinical plus 40% administrative and leadership time, with prorated call coverage based on the percentage of clinical responsibilities.

  • Required bachelor's degree or equivalent, in business, health care administration or related field
  • Required master's degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program or Required master's degree Master of Science in Anesthesiology (MSA) or Master of Medical Science
  • LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan required or CRT - At least one License and/or Certification in area of specialty - National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistant (NCCAA) required
  • 7 years of relevant experience of related health care experience required
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role required
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and demonstrated ability to think strategically with a thorough understanding of strategic development required
  • Experience working in an organization of size and complexity comparable to Corewell Health Medical Group required
