Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position App/Cloud Support Manager in New York, NY. The job duties include providing uninterrupted support across all domains and platforms to ensure seamless application stability. The role involves implementing, integrating, and managing end-to-end applications, maintaining all environments within the SDLC Life Cycle, and ensuring successful deployment of released applications. The App/Cloud Support Manager will work independently with business and IT teams to provide outstanding user support on the Model-N platform and related business processes. Additionally, the position requires developing complex design solutions and configurations, updates, and fixes to meet application functional requirements and company security standards. The manager will interpret government regulation changes and implement system configurations and code updates to ensure compliance, accurate data calculation, and submission. Optimizing applications by enhancing security standards and implementing new logging technologies and monitoring is also a key responsibility. The role includes leveraging tools such as Splunk, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, or Celonis to create proactive monitors and dashboards, modernizing and automating manual work to reduce errors by creating playbooks, and analyzing data regularly to predict failures and implement solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • 5 years of experience in analyzing functional requirements documents.
  • 5 years of experience in creating technical design documents.
  • 5 years of experience in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • 5 years of experience working with scripting languages, including PowerShell and Linux or Unix Shell scripts.
  • 5 years of experience developing or supporting applications in cloud and container-based environments.
  • 5 years of experience preparing and executing unit test plans.
  • 5 years of experience preparing integration test plans, executing Test Driven Development (TDD), and performing code and test case reviews.
  • 5 years of experience coding and deploying applications using DevOps technologies, including Git, Jenkins, or Docker.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
  • Salary of $150,301.00 per year.
