APN - High Risk Breast Cancer
About The Position

We are currently seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse to provide advanced clinical care to patients at increased genetic or familial risk of breast cancer. This includes risk assessment, counseling, clinical breast exams, surveillance planning, care coordination, and patient education. This APN works collaboratively with breast surgeons, genetic counselors, medical oncologists, radiologists, and other providers to support personalized prevention and early detection strategies. This APN will manage high risk patients.
Requirements
- Current New Jersey State APN license
- BLS certification required
- Master's Degree required
- 1+ year Oncology experience as an APN required
- Summit Health recognized Board Certification
