Requirements
- 2-5 years of manufacturing experience (lab experience a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow specifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must meet U.S. export control eligibility requirements
Responsibilities
- Create and document prototype formulations for color, print, texture, and gloss
- Follow lab processes, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Work in a collaborative, team-focused lab environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
