About The Position

Turner Industries is seeking an experienced API 510 / 570 inspector with CUI project experience for a full-time position in the Beaumont, TX area. This role will perform duties associated with NDE of materials in accordance with referencing code. The position is non-exempt and reports to a Level 2 Inspector, with close supervision assigned duties according to specific procedures. Work is checked frequently.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a TWIC card.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• API 510 and 570 Certification.
• CUI project experience required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing duties associated with NDE of materials in accordance with reference code.
• Assist with nondestructive testing equipment set-up.
• Assist in calibrating nondestructive testing equipment.
• Assist in determining testing criteria in accordance with procedures and standards.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.
