Infosys is seeking an API Automation Test Lead. As a API Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.   • Act as a validation and quality assurance expert.
  • Review the functionality of existing systems.
  • Conduct requirement analysis.
  • Define test strategy & design.
  • Lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to create zero touch automation.
  • Support SIT testing and liaise with business teams.
  • Maintain automated test scripts libraries for Functional Regression testing.
  • Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fort Mill, SC/ Austin, TX or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.
  • This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
  • At least 4 years of software testing experience.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
  • At least 4+ years hands on experience in test automation tools Postman, Rest Assured framework using Java, Cucumber & SQL or Karate Test Automation Framework.
  • Experience with tools such as TestNG, IntelliJ, GitHub and Eclipse.
  • Knowledge and experience working in a CICD pipeline environment (GitHub Actions).
  • Proficient in Agile methodology and experience with Jira, designing Testcases, Test Execution and documenting software defects.
  • Hands on experience in Java Programming and SQL.
  • Experience in designing and building test automation framework.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in leading testing teams taking complete ownership of deliverables.
  • Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model.
  • Experience in creating Automation Test Strategy and Test Plan.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes.
  • Basic knowledge about Kong gateway.
  • Knowledge of Selenium automation for UI applications.
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Abilities in Test Strategizing, planning and co-ordination.
  • Ability to contribute towards in depth technical content required on test automation proposals.
