The position involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, supporting, and enhancing APIs, messaging, and event-driven services, as well as backend integration solutions to seamlessly connect LinkedIn enterprise systems that power Talent productivity. The role requires facilitating requirements gathering and process mapping workshops, reviewing business/functional requirement documents, authoring technical design documents, test plans, support plans, and producing high-quality APIs and integrations. The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Finance, Sales Ops, Facilities, and Enterprise Productivity Engineering to streamline and automate data delivery and synchronization among enterprise applications. Additionally, the role includes maintaining and enhancing integration standards and toolsets by performing code and design reviews with senior team members and peers, as well as writing DevOps CI/CD pipeline automation scripts to orchestrate and deploy infrastructure and code. The candidate must be able to work cross-functionally and independently, delivering high-quality documentation on accessibility best practices, guidelines, and standards while staying up-to-date with the latest accessibility technologies and trends.
