About The Position
Join our team on the beautiful NH Seacoast! We are seeking a full-time experienced (2-3 years) hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, community-based hospital medicine practice located in the beautiful seacoast region of New Hampshire. Exeter Hospital is a 100-bed community hospital with a strongly collaborative approach to care. As part of a multi-specialty physician group with excellent clinicians, you will enjoy: Well-established hospitalist program with 15+ hospitalists Reasonable patient workload and schedule Typical day has 4 physician and 1 NP/PA rounding teams (7am-7pm) Daily NP/PA and physician admitter Typical patient load 14-16 patients Competitive pay structure with productivity and quality incentives. Excellent specialist support, including Palliative Care, Cardiology, Acute Care Surgery, GI, Pulmonary, Urology, Oncology, consultative Psychiatry Open 10 bed ICU, intensivist on-site daily.
