About The Position

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Executive Director. Position details: Provide strategic and operational leadership for all APC practices and performance across the medical group. Serve as the central resource and advocate for APC-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to develop efficient workflows that support high-quality, patient-centered care. Mentor and support APC Directors and emerging leaders Maintain a hybrid role that combines executive leadership responsibilities with clinical practice Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group We are one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in the country, made up of over 2,100 clinicians in 40+ specialties, in practices throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Requirements

  • 2 years related experience
  • Current California State NP or PA License
  • CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
  • Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
  • Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP's
  • Active DEA registration

Responsibilities
