About The Position

Plantation Apartments is an established 50+ apartment community looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Full Time Apartment Turnover Technician / Make Ready / Porter.

The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on-call every other weekend.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Should have knowledge of painting
• Basic makeready skills
• Should be able to lift more than 20lbs
• Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
• Knowledge of appliances
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
• Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Grounds upkeep
• Pool cleaning
• Watering grass
• Trash removal
• Dog station care
• Make ready's and light maintenance.
