What You'll Do as an Apartment Senior Maintenance Technician: We're seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician who is hands-on, technically skilled, and ready to lead a service team at a high-volume community. In this role, you will:

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years Previous Experience as a Senior Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing (including team supervision)
• Valid HVAC Certification REQUIRED
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Stable work history
• A personal set of basic hand tools
• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operations
• Complete and oversee service requests to ensure timely, high-quality results
• Coordinate and assist with make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure all work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently and accurately
• Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper use of tools/equipment
• Support the Property Manager with various maintenance projects and initiatives
• Uphold community standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction
