Tidal Basin is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Apartment Scout and Leasing Negotiator to act as the primary liaison between our clients and potential housing partners in Anchorage, Alaska. The ideal candidate will combine strong negotiation skills with an exceptional eye for quality and habitability to secure the best possible leasing agreements for our clients. The Apartment Scout & Leasing Negotiator will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing apartment units that meet high standards for quality of life and value. This role requires extensive local travel to inspect properties, build relationships with leasing agents, and negotiate favorable lease terms, rates, and amenities.
