About The Position

T&R Properties is looking for a self-motivated and organized Apartment Property Manager to oversee their apartment communities. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff. This full-time position emphasizes the importance of maintaining high standards in property management and resident engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in property management experience required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver's license and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the community daily to ensure maintenance schedules are kept and properties meet company standards.
• Organize and promote monthly resident events to enhance community engagement.
• Develop and implement strong sales and marketing strategies for the apartment community.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure that all communities and apartment homes are immaculate.
