Requirements

• 1+ year of on-site Property Management experience
• Proficiency in software such as Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Dependable transportation and punctual work ethic
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for team success

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall performance of the community
• Lead, support, and develop leasing and maintenance teams
• Ensure timely rent collection and accurate financial reporting
• Implement and manage marketing, leasing, and resident retention strategies
• Plan and manage the annual budget and expenses
• Maintain strong resident relations and resolve resident concerns
• Oversee unit turns, move-outs, evictions, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and property regulations
