Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional apartment property management experience
• Proven expertise with Yardi or OneSite property management systems
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L statements
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies for multifamily properties
• Ability to pass comprehensive background verification

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, accounting, and revenue optimization for a 300+ unit community
• Direct daily property operations and maintenance coordination to ensure top-tier community standards
