About The Position

Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively seeking a results-driven Property Manager to oversee operations at Meadows of Coon Rapids Apartments in Coon Rapids, MN. This is a full-scope multifamily property management leadership role focused on driving occupancy, maximizing NOI, leading onsite teams, and delivering exceptional resident satisfaction. We are a Top 10 U.S. apartment owner-operator managing 75,000+ apartment homes across 20+ states — and we promote from within.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (REQUIRED)
  • Prior experience as a Property Manager, Apartment Manager, or Community Manager
  • Proven leadership experience managing onsite teams
  • Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and compliance
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
  • Budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to drive occupancy and leasing results
  • Background check
  • Drug screening (THC not tested)
  • Credit review

Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
  • Supervise and develop onsite team members (leasing, maintenance, assistant manager)
  • Drive leasing performance, renewals, occupancy, and resident retention
  • Manage rent collections, delinquency control, and lease enforcement
  • Prepare and manage budgets, P&L statements, and monthly financial reporting
  • Control expenses and improve community profitability
  • Execute marketing strategies to increase qualified traffic
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
  • Oversee vendor contracts, service agreements, and invoice approvals
  • Maintain strong resident relations and customer service standards
