Responsibilities
- Meticulously maintains curb appeal.
- Keeps up all public access and interior areas in an attractive, comfortable condition (leasing office, models, amenities, bathrooms, etc.), including but not limited to daily tidying, trash removal, and cleaning.
- Assists other maintenance team members and performs light maintenance tasks as directed, including but not limited to painting on turns/make-readies, assisting with work tickets, placing work area signage, etc.
- Assists in in the preparation of market ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to turn/make-ready (trash outs).
