About The Position

Apartner Staffing is currently seeking a local Pest Control company to fill a temporary-to-permanent Apartment Pest Control Technician position. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated technician to support multifamily residential properties by managing and eliminating pests, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. In this role, you will conduct inspections, create customized treatment plans, and educate residents on preventative measures to help maintain pest-free communities.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring walking, standing, stooping, bending, reaching, and crawling
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of apartment units and common areas within multifamily residential properties
• Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans
• Apply pest control methods safely, including chemical, biological, and mechanical techniques
• Educate residents and staff on prevention strategies and best practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
