About The Position

We seek to hire a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based full-time Make Ready Technician to join our team at Sonoma Grande Apartments. Your role is to prepare vacant apartments for rent and perform simple maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to our residents. As a work-family member, you will join our fantastic maintenance team and report to the Community Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance team, assigning tasks and responsibilities. Sonoma Grande Apartments (336 Units) is located at 9303 East 81st Street Tulsa, OK 74133. Requirements

• 1+ years of maintenance/make-ready experience in multifamily housing.
• Passion for fixing/making repairs and completing apartments for rent.
• A positive upbeat attitude.
• Flexibility to pivot with priority tasks.
• Willing to learn and openly receive directions.
• Ability to work alone or with a team.
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiastic about taking on new challenges, and have the desire to grow.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Proactively juggle/complete multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Politically communicate with residents, onsite staff, and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with assigned tasks.
• Thoroughly complete make-ready units on time.
• Utilize your general maintenance skills to complete quality service work orders efficiently.
• Proactively service the community pool.
• Collaborate with team members for ideas and solutions.
• Assist with grounds and maintain a pleasing curb appeal.
• Openly communicate with maintenance and office teams.
• Assist residents with helpful, caring customer service.
• Promote a pleasant work environment for coworkers and guests.
• Be dependable when scheduled for rotational on-call emergency duty.
