About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Dalmore apartment community in Elkhorn, NE. This is a Conventional property with 77 units. This position will pay up to $26.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. Being EPA or HVAC Certified is a plus! Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
