This full-time position is for an Apartment Maintenance Technician at La Vida Buena Apartments in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
1+ year of hands-on maintenance experience
Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
Respond to work orders and resident service requests
Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 2 weeks
