What You’ll Do : Oversee daily operations : Maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property. Handle general repairs : Ensure everything runs smoothly. Prepare apartments for new tenants : Create a welcoming and comfortable living space. Conduct preventive maintenance : Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools
- Can lift heavy objects
- Climb ladders with ease
- On-call duty rotation required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
