Dental and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Paid additional training/school Tuition reimbursement program Yearly anniversary gifts Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more What We Need: Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority (hvac, plumbing, electrical, painting) Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants including trash outs Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Exterior structural and grounds maintenance as needed Pool maintenance What You Need: 3 years experience in maintenance HVAC experience and EPA preferred CPO Certification preferred Dry walling including painting and carpentry Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal Water heater knowledge both electric and gas “A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process." Requirements

  • 3 years experience in maintenance
  • HVAC experience and EPA preferred
  • CPO Certification preferred
  • Dry walling including painting and carpentry
  • Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
  • Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
  • Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
  • Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
  • Required valid drivers license and transportation

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority (hvac, plumbing, electrical, painting)
  • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants including trash outs
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
