Monarch Investment is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Arbors at Eastland in Bloomington, Illinois. Check out our beautiful 437 unit property at: www.thearborsateastland.com Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm and on-call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks. Help with snow removal as needed

Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make ready / turning units in between tenants
Painting/staining both interior and exterior applications
Exterior maintenance as needed
Assisting with maintaining the grounds (trash pick-up/dumpsters)
Snow removal (when needed)
Pool maintenance (when needed)

1+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance
A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal (electric)
As part of the interview process, you will be asked to complete a written skills test to evaluate your skill level.

Previous HVAC experience/ certification preferred but not required

$18.00 - $21.00 an hour
Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
