Growth opportunities within the company Job Summary: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times, general building and ground maintenance, general maintenance of currently occupied apartments, troubleshooting mechanical and maintenance issues, appliance repair, electrical work and plumbing and conducting move-in/ move out inspections.

Requirements

• Positive, "How can I help " attitude
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience of repair work
• Knowledge in HVAC, painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs
• Availability for rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
• Must enjoy interacting with people with ability to develop rapport quickly
• Committed to providing exceptional customer experience
