Carriage House Apartments is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician who brings strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and a positive, can‑do mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a meaningful impact on the community they serve.

Requirements

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Shared on‑call rotation and some weekend requirements
• Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance experience

Nice To Haves

• HVAC and CPO certifications are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
• Perform apartment make‑readies and punch work
• Maintain apartment grounds and common areas
• Handle general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Keep the maintenance shop organized
• Participate in emergency on‑call rotation
• Communicate clearly with residents, vendors, and team members—even under pressure
