About The Position

Join our team at EO Madison Yards, a multifamily building, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our property to the highest standards. Village Green offers a unique environment that empowers our team to exceed residents' expectations and make a distinct difference in people's lives. Our ideal candidate will be engaged, authentic, and prepared to create a "best in class" apartment community! As the Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the department's overall operations. Pay: Up to $23 hr + 10% quarterly bonus.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- General computer knowledge
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Plumbing, contracting, builders' certifications, and licenses
- Availability for on-call purposes
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary
Responsibilities
- Completing apartment turns
- Responding to work orders across multiple skill areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Community upkeep through grounds cleanup and seasonal responsibilities
