About The Position
Monarch is seeking a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team at Williamsburg Way Apartments, a 192-unit conventional apartment site in Columbus, IN. Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Complete a maintenance skills assessment during the interview process
- Pass pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check and drug screening
- Provide a physical demonstration of ability to complete basic job duties during the interview process
Responsibilities
- Perform apartment maintenance duties
- Perform facilities maintenance duties
- Perform painting tasks
- Perform general construction tasks
- Handle on-call duties one week every three weeks
