Apartment Maintenance Technician $22/hr + Bonus
About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community, including: Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues Appliance repair and replacement Painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry Preparing apartments for new residents(turns/make-eadies) Maintaining building systems and common areas Assisting with preventative maintenance programs Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance. #INDVGMAINT
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
- Strong customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting.
- Candidates should be available for on-call responsibilities and have the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in plumbing, contracting, builder certification, or related licenses is considered a plus.
