About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support a 200-unit apartment community in Cape Coral, Florida. This role is responsible for maintaining the property’s overall condition, ensuring resident satisfaction, and performing a wide range of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks. Requirements

3+ years of maintenance experience (apartment or residential preferred)
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair
Ability to diagnose and repair issues independently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Conduct routine inspections of units, buildings, and common areas
Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers/make-readies)
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions
Maintain property grounds, including light landscaping and exterior upkeep
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Respond to emergency maintenance requests (may include on-call rotation)
