About The Position

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician for HHHunt's Abberly Village apartments, you are passionate about being Customer Focused and a Provider of Quality Services and Products. This means your top priority is providing customers with quick and effective service, making a positive impact every day with every interaction, and providing a beautiful home (inside and out) for our residents. It is HHHunt’s mission to improve the world and how people live by creating meaningful experiences and places of great distinction. We are looking for a genuine, motivated, and driven team member to join our Apartment Living team as a Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate is a 'Super Hero' who can diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, structural, lighting, and security systems, and sets an example for fellow Service Technicians. They are an 'Outdoor Enthusiast' who enjoys working outside, is on their feet all day, and is not intimidated by extreme weather, sewage, or heights. They are also an 'Engaged Community Partner' concerned about others' needs, and an 'Organized and Confident' individual who is flexible, composed, and can prioritize tasks while interacting confidently with residents and teammates. Finally, they are a 'Resourceful Problem Solver and Team Player' who follows through on commitments and delights customers with exceptional service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in plumbing, electrical or grounds maintenance
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • EPA and CPO Certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to a variety of daily maintenance requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Be committed to people by listening to the needs of our residents and teammates with the goal of providing an exceptional resident experience every day.
  • Be passionate about our community by ensuring grounds, amenities and office are ready to WOW customers at all times.
  • Work well under pressure and be able to drive a company vehicle or golf cart, work with electricity, repair HVAC’s, troubleshoot various appliance problems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency requests from residents.
  • Have a willingness to learn and take advantage of opportunities to receive EPA and CPO certifications.
