Requirements
- 1–2 years of maintenance or repair experience
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Ability to lift and install materials/appliances
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Must pass pre-employment screening
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders promptly
- Perform general maintenance and unit turnover tasks
- Follow directions from Property Management
- Maintain reliable attendance and communication
- Appliance installation and removal (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves)
- Carpet and tile work
- Toilet installation/reset
- Caulking windows
- Moving ladders and materials
- Snow removal: on-site during snow events
- Lockouts: on-call every other week; respond within 1 hour
