Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in apartment or facility maintenance
- Solid knowledge of: Drywall, painting, and carpentry Plumbing (copper pipe, toilets, fixtures) Electrical (outlets, switches, lights) Appliance repair (washer/dryer, fridge, stove, etc.) Gas and electric water heaters
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:30pm) with on-call responsibilities
Nice To Haves
- EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Complete resident work orders & apartment turns
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Interior & exterior painting and light carpentry
- Preventative maintenance tasks & grounds upkeep
- Keep maintenance shop organized and safe
- Participate in on-call rotation ( 1 week every 4 weeks )
