About The Position

Are you ready to make a difference in a apartment community? We are seeking an enthusiastic Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team for immediate openings! What You'll Do: Tackle maintenance service requests with a can-do attitude. Get market-ready units prepared by removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs). Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to efficiently complete assigned tasks. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliances. Install locks and create keys for secure access. Replace light bulbs in common areas and ensure they shine bright! Keep our community clean by removing trash from office areas and around the property daily. Assist in the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and common areas.
