About The Position

Requirements
- Experience in light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic tools required - power tools a plus!
- Reliable transportation + can lift 40-50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience
- CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification (a PLUS, not required)
- Familiarity with work orders and unit turns
