About The Position
We are currently looking for a hard-working and customer service minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill the need of a Maintenance Technician at our properties. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing. You will ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws. Additionally, you will respond to maintenance tickets, follow-up with residents and the office staff on the status of work, and work in an on-call rotation that will require night and weekend flexibility.
