Requirements

• 2 years of maintenance experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform tasks in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance in apartment units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair issues in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliances, and structural components.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections of building systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant maintenance requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of common areas and grounds.
• Patch and paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Assist with apartment turnover processes, including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
