About The Position

BGSF is seeking Maintenance Technicians and Make Ready Techs to join our team, working with top Property Management Companies. This position offers hands-on experience at premier apartment communities and provides opportunities for career growth. We offer weekly pay ranging from $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience, with options for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles. Many of our contract roles can transition into full-time, permanent positions with benefits, tailored to match your career goals.

Requirements

• Experience in light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic tools required; power tools are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 40-50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience.
• CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification (a plus, not required).
• Familiarity with work orders and unit turns.

Responsibilities

• Perform light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and appliance repair tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents.
• Complete work orders and assist with unit turns.
