About The Position

We are looking for a career oriented Main tenance Technician to join our team at Wexford Village at Devonshire in Scott Depot, WV. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance. Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Getting apartments ready in between residents
• On-site maintenance calls
• Preventative maintenance
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• On-call rotation
