About The Position

🔧 Service Technician – Twin Ridge Apartments 📍 Location: Baltimore, MD 💵 Compensation: $23/hour + phone allowance Key Responsibilities Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance work orders Perform routine and preventative maintenance Prepare apartment homes for new residents (turnovers) Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency repairs What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hands-on knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Availability for after-hours emergency response (evenings, weekends, holidays) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3–5 years of residential maintenance experience preferred HVAC experience/certification preferred Why Join WPM? Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
