The REMM Group is currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and support our beautiful community located in Santa Cruz, CA. The Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and the overall condition and repair of the asset. This position includes managing the day-to-day operations of a property from repairs, make-ready processes, Capital projects, and preventative maintenance.
