As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Manager with daily operations, resident relations, and financial performance while helping maintain a high standard of service for our residents. Requirements
- Experience in apartment, hotel, hospital, or hospitality maintenance
- Supervisory experience in leading a maintenance team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer serivce abilities
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification or HVAC certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support maintenance staff, including scheduling and delegation of work orders
- Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure quality standards
- Oversee service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Train and mentor new and existing maintenance team members
- Participate in interviewing and hiring maintenance staff
- Assist with maintenance budget planning and cost management.
