About The Position

The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at MAA Fall Creek is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team to ensure that apartment homes and facilities are well-maintained and meet the company's standards. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, responding to service requests, and ensuring the property is visually appealing and market-ready. The supervisor also plays a key role in hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff, contributing to the overall success of the property and enhancing resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and three to five years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, and/or mechanical repair required.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required.
• For Florida locations, CAMT license required at time of hire or by the next professional examination and licensing opportunity.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence required.
• One to three years of Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the maintenance team to achieve property-specific goals.
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment units.
• Respond promptly and courteously to service requests from residents.
• Ensure an adequate supply of market-ready apartments to meet leasing demand.
• Maintain property appearance to meet or exceed company standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing assigned maintenance staff.
