About The Position

Are you ready to bring your leadership and apartment maintenance expertise to a team dedicated to quality service and community enhancement? Woodmont is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Apartment Maintenance Service Manager to oversee apartment property maintenance and staff management at our beautiful Pleasanton apartment community, ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all residents.

Requirements

  • Experience: High school diploma/GED preferred, plus 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, verbal, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Physical Demands: Comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds, working outdoors, and handling varied tasks across the property.
  • Driver’s License: Required for company-related travel and occasional supply pickups.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Train our apartment maintenance team in essential skills: appliance repair, plumbing, painting, and more.
  • Lead Maintenance Tasks – Oversee both interior and exterior repairs, including appliances, lighting, plumbing, pool upkeep, and grounds maintenance.
  • Schedule & Organize - Plan daily staff routines, track inventory, and complete unit turnovers within 3-5 days.
  • Enhance Community - Ensure grounds are clean, safe, and well-kept, and create a welcoming atmosphere for residents.
  • Support Resident Services - Deliver excellent service through prompt responses and quality repairs.
